Was that last Sunday morning? By the gas station? We were headed to my daughter's soccer match. I think I remember you. Nice S14!

Finally found a way to clean up my WRX steering wheel and get rid of that slippery feel and shine.
Used a Mr. Clean magic eraser, gently wiped the whole wheel. Then applied Lexol Leather conditioner.

Old top. New bottom.

OHhhh..that's a great idea on the Magic Eraser. I haven't used the product before, but is it basically a pre-soaped scouring pad that you wet and then apply? Is the leather condition necessary in getting that matte look again?

No idea if it's necessary but I applied it on just to keep the leather nice.
Not sure what's in a magic eraser. I know it scours. lol Yeah, definitely have to dampen it.

Keeping up with the Joneses and bought a pair of Hella Supertones. Good sale price on Amazon. These replace my lower toned Wolos. Now I have to get used to the high tone.

Replaced my trusty set of Hankook Ventus V4 ES with it's direct replacements, Ventus S1 Noble2. Hope they perform like the older ones. Good in the dry or wet, even in it's last few months on a rare wet day they were still good. Moved up from a 45 to a 50 series.

Your Fozzy looks so clean. It is giving me motivation to start clean up all the little flaws on my Rex, beside the battle scars. :p

Thanks Jeff but it's far from that! A lot of flaws to catch up with too. But then again, that's what makes it fun, right? ;)

FINALLY installed a pair of 3/8in saggy butt spacers. Just enough to even it out and hopefully I won't rub in dips.

Bought an EBay strut tower bar for an Impreza RS. Painted it STi pink. Direct fit with no mods. Nothing to lose, a few hp gained. :p

Found a good solution to yellowing/"foggy" headlights. Did it today and it worked good. Let's see how it holds up through time.
This is what I did:
Sanded with 800 grit
Cleaned with pre-paint/prep
Sprayed 1K clear
If you want to watch a video of the process, look up Custom Spray Mods on YouTube and look for his headlight video.

And it's on with a few coats of Plastidip. Pretty happy with the fit considering it's from a VW.
