Preserve the Legacy

Postby brkinshiz » Sun Nov 27, 2016 8:18 pm

I've been informed our longtime friend and forum participant Popstoy has passed on. Rest his soul.

His built Miata, an easily recognized part of our community, is up for sale. It'd be dreadful if it ended up in the wrong hands, so take a moment to consider it, or share it with those who may appreciate it properly.

Perhaps we should do a memorial drive soon.

The first drive I ever participated in was one that he organized (Calaveras -> Mines -> Del Puerto Canyon). RIP Pop.

Wow. Quite a loss. I thought it was a joke at first....

Man that car was loud, and Pops knew how to drive it.

Ah shit.......

Looks like the listing was taken down. :(

RIP Bob, great guy, super friendly. I remember buying a set of wheels off of him. He will surely be missed. :(

This was the listing that I found that which I saw Bob's car in the background. For any interested parties, maybe there's some contact info on this listing?
