Looking to start or join a lemons/chump car team

Postby proughj » Sun Aug 21, 2016 11:45 am

Hello
The time has come to where I'd like to join or start a team from scratch here in the Bay Area, I'm from San Mateo. Just testing the waters if there is any team around my area looking for members or if there's members looking to form a team. Let me know post on here or pm
Thanks

Our LeMons team has five drivers so we're full up. A good place to find teams seeking drivers for one-shot Arrive and Drives or new members is the "Drivers/Wrenches Looking for Teams" section at the LeMons forum - http://forums.24hoursoflemons.com/index.php - lurking on the forum is a great way to learn more about LeMons.

I would definitely at least do one A&D before starting a team and building a car. You will learn a lot about what kind of car you want to build and how you want to build it out.

I've not done Chump Car. Some teams run in both. Some LeMons teams have done Chump but think Chump people are too serious and don't have enough fun.
