Title quoth a Miller commercial I think I just saw.

What are some beer which are not so readily processed you have enjoyed recently? Be it an old standby or a featured tap at your local watering hole.

My go to is Lagunitas IPA, but their Little Sumpin' Sumpin might be my new favorite.

Almost anything from Fieldwork in Berkeley is good. Park Place is my favorite from them which i think was a wheat beer, and their Double IPA Tigeruppercut was good too.

My taste in beer tends to be limited to wheats and sours. I'm not about the hops like everyone else seems to be these days. I appreciate complexity of flavor, but I can also enjoy a one-note-Johnny if that note is good. Some favorites:

Germany:
- Schneider Weisse Tap 6 "Aventinus" Doppelweizenbock: complex, delicious
- Weihenstephaner Vitus Weizenbock: not as complex as the Aventinus, but perhaps better suited to accompany food
- Weihenstephaner Hefeweissbier Dunkel: like bread in liquid form, "comfort beer"

California:
- Sierra Nevada Kellerweis: one of the most authentic German-style Hefeweizens I've found made in the U.S.

Oregon:
- Anything (nearly) from Cascade Brewing in Portland: the house of sour
- Gose from the Commons Brewery in Portland: just the right amount of tartness
